Luxurious Cool Blue villa in Marbella, the resort town located between the mountains and Costa del Sol (the sunny shore in Spain), is performed upon the project of 123DV architect company. Despite the house isn`t located on the very sea shore, the architecture performed in a way, which allows to enjoy the fabulous sea view from the windows and terraces. There is a viewing point on the flat roof of the second floor, which provides comfortable conditions to overview the local sights. The building is created in modern style.
The second floor is slightly shifted towards the first floor. The corner terrace divides the house on two stories and overlooks the internal yard with opened swimming pool. Narrow floor-to-ceiling windows look rather impressive; moreover they maintain confidentiality and provide marvelous view on the surroundings. The luminance of lines on facades looks rather stylish and unusual at evening. Open spaces from the street`s side accentuate the lightness and airiness of the architecture.

There is an open social zone on the first floor. The dining room is divided with black autonomous fireplace with wide ventilation duct, painted in white.

Natural finishing materials, modern stylish furniture, original décor items (such as textural carpet, Big Bang pendants from the Italian designer Enrico Franzolini, which follow the geometrical shape of the house) make the interior look respectable and cozy. The cantilever staircase with smooth glass banisters is the main decoration of the house and conjoins the first floor with the terrace on the roof.
