Lucie Koldova is a young Czech designer, who currently lives and works in Paris and is the creator of the original sofa called Corques. She used cork, namely the wastes of production form Portuguese plants, manufacturing corks for bottles, as the main material. As a result the sofa became stylish and recognizable and flexible in use. The key features of cork are durability, elasticity and low thermal conductivity. The natural recycleability makes it a rather attractive work material. The natural colour of the cork creates perfect combination with bright textile upholstery of Divina factory. The size of the two-seat sofa is 190х88х94 cm. The item is supplemented with Corques armchair as well.
