Herbst Architects Studio has introduces the project of a country house for rest in New Zealand. It is located close to the beach and is maximally integrated into the landscape. The building is divided in two parts in order to precisely follow the natural shapes of the land plot. The peculiarities of the landcape caused the difference in height between the two blocks; it allows enjoying the magnificent panoramic view from the living block. This block consists of a rest room, a kitchen and two opened terraces. The lower block accommodates bedroom and stairs, leading directly to the beach.
