This Townhouse is located in New York (the USA) and is decorated by Studio Arthur Casas architects. This residence with a small garden, located near the Central Park, was initially built in 1910 and was in need of reconstruction. The customers` desire was to turn dark rooms into ligh and cozy areas. Therefore, the architects have kept only carrying walls and have totally reorganized the townhouse at several levels. All three stories have different heights. The entrance is located at the middle level. There is the main bedroom with bathroom leftward the lobby, whereas the kitchen and dining room are located towards the living room. The latter unites all stories of this house due to the 6-m ceiling.

A large glass door enters the garden and is a Wow! element of this project. There is an outstanding masterpiece of the famous American sculptor Michael Coffey. The living room is conjoined with a library and home cinema. The guest`s bedroom is located at a small box, which is floating in the space. Basement premises are occupied by the playroom and technical areas, which are conductive to the winter garden. The townhouse`s interior contains wood, natural fabric, ceramics and leather, filling the interior with warmth and cozyness. Vintage furniture for this project was purchased at small shops of New-York; there are some genuine treasures of the 40-50-s among them.
