The Giordano Hadamik Architects studio has presented the project of the magnificent villa called Nemes and located in the Italian city Imperia. The residence of 210 sq. meters is constructed on the top of the hill overlooking the bay. Its façade is performed of natural stone and transpierced with panoramic openings; they not only display the surroundings yet optimize the insolation and heat insulation of the building.
The villa is divided in two blocks; each of them is partially deepened into the landscape. One contains the living room, dining room, kitchen, bar and library, whereas the other allocates five bedrooms with bathrooms. There is an entrance to the viewing terrace with a swimming pool and rest zones. There are also laundry, storage room, service rooms and garage for two cars inside the residence. The green roof contributes to the balanced villa`s merging with nature. The use of renewable energy resources makes the residence ecofriendly and cost-effective. The villa`s interior is defined by simplicity, minimalism and naturalness due to highly-qualitative materials and custom-made furniture.
