Villa Malouna is an exclusive residence for rent, located on the north coast of Samui, Thailand. The project was developed by Sicart & Smith Architects bureau and occupies 750 sq. meters. It encompasses 7 bedrooms, located around the central garden and providing the feeling of large and opened space, which surrounds the person once it enters the villa`s territory.
The authors adhered to the principles of minimalism architecture, the values of which aren`t time-damageable. The whole composition is built on the contrast of two main materials and colours: white stone blocks and dark teak wood material.
The building is provided with perfect ventilation due to large window openings, which literally erase the border between the internal and external space. The roof has big sheds, equipped with louvre-boards protecting against the sun. There are no entrance doors at the rooms, the living room is opened from three sides toward amazing nature of the island, soft sea breeze delights with freshness, as well as the floor of white terrazzo.
The combination of perfect location, advanced design, luxurious decoration and planning has led to creation of modern beach villa, providing light and relaxing lifestyle.
