The upscale villa called ‘S, M, L’ is located on the shore of Bay of Kotor (Adriatic Sea), at Tivat town, Montenegro. This is a project of studio SYNTHESIS, which impresses with complicated building`s architecture. The house has three levels, namely, basement, semi-basement and the first floor. There is a vine cellar, laundry room and storage room at basement and semi-basement zones. The first floor consists of entrance hall, living room, children`s zone, kitchen and dining room as well as apartment for guests with private entrance. At the same time, the upper floor has an equipped private zone, opened terraces and wardrobe rooms. The building`s finish is performed with consideration of climate humidity. Thus, ventilated façade is partially covered with travertine stone and partially with wooden panels. Fences of terraces are made of dark pro-chrome and glass. The house has two entrances, from the sea side and from the land. Landscape design is thought out to the last detail as well. Palms, evergreen conifers and deciduous trees, Japanese garden provide the positive mood and freshness. There is also an atrium at the center of the house, made in a way of semiclosed glazed space with an olive tree.
