The Neve Tzedek district was founded in 1887 outside the walls of Jaffa city, 22 years before Tel-Aviv`s appearance. A group of Jewish families headed outside the overcrowded city then. However, the district stayed desolated for a long period of time and had gained former reputation only at 1980s. Nowadays there are a lot of restaurants, galleries, designer shops and beautiful houses here.
Witt Architects project bureau has been at Neve Tzedek district since 1991 and its experts are familiarly acquainted with its peculiarities and history. While working out the project of this villa, the designers understood how important it was to create a private life protection and mutual interaction of the internal and external space. This residence is built on the land parcel of 270 square meters. Its outlook and layout plan correspond with the typical district`s building development. The villa has a simple fa?ade, which stays in contrast with its gorgeous ornamentation with colorific tiles and beautiful wall paintings. The first floor locates the living room, dining room, kitchen and studio, which is isolated from the main part of the villa. The internal yard has a terrace, beautiful garden and a swimming pool. Second floor contains bedrooms, whereas basement is occupied with home cinema and parking.
