The MYSPACEPLANNER firm has implemented the project of modern duplex with an outdoor terrace in the city of Nancy, France. The two-level residence, with the area of 150 square meters, was designed by combining two apartments. A day area is located on the first floor; three bedrooms, bathroom, study, dressing room and laundry room – on the second. Particular attention is paid to beautiful staircase that links the upper and lower levels. Steel stairs and wall-mounted wooden handrail with illumination decorate living area. Terrace is a worthy continuation of the interior. It’s divided into two parts and includes a dining an sitting area.
