The 308 Mulberry house was recently introduced by the project company named Robert M. Gurney Architect. It is located at Lewes, the coastal city at Delaware (the USA). The majority of local buildings were constructed at the XIX century by European emigrants, mainly of natural wood. One of such houses is created at the very heart of the historical district, being renovated and enlarged when purchased by the new owner. Architects have restored in details its outer façade and have added four outbuildings to the main its part. These buildings are made in a form of single-story pavilions, placed around the swimming pool.
There is a main lobby hall and four bedrooms at the main part of the house, which are performed in modern style with plenty of light tinctures. New pavilions stay in contrast and contain bright colours and wide variety of facing materials used. The most of walls are replaced with panoramic windows; thus, separate functional blocks become visually conjoined.
