Ramon Coz + Benjamin Ortiz architect bureau has projected Aguas Claras house, located at the small resort town Keshagua in Chile. This residence perfectly matched the natural landscape and has two levels according to the surface irregularities. Thus, the living zone of 400 sq. meters is created by orthogonally linked blocks. The upper story is intended for shared use and includes such premises as living rooms, kitchen, dining room, as well as the main bedroom. Lower floor contains five additional bedrooms and a rest room. All premises overlook the ocean and the house is surrounded by the forest, therefore the architects took advantage of that and made a part of façade out of glass.
