Rubio and Ros is the architectural bureau, which designed the project of a studio reconstruction. It occupies 177 sq. meters, has two terraces and is located in the XX- century building, situated at the center of Valencia. The initial stage of the premise`s renovation was replacement of the existing staircase with the new one. It has become the conjoining element, which united the double-level living room. The changes have been implemented to the interior`s decoration as well. Now it includes precious metals, wood, encaustic-painted tiles, latten, glass, wool and silk carpets. Wooden surfaces are balanced with elements of lighter tones. Warm and cozy atmosphere is complemented with bright furniture items and accessories.
