The Nahahum project was designed by architects from Balance Associates company and is basically a two-story house of 153 sq. meters. The residence is located at Cashmere city (Washington, the USA) and occupies the landplot on the hill. The concrete walls form the main volume of the house. Due to the house`s orientation from east to west it offers wonderful panoramic overview. This two-level space, having the northern and southern walls totally glazed, enframes the most amazing landscape of the canyon. The first floor allocates a spacious living room and a kitchen, as well as a toilet and service rooms (they are located at the hilly part of the house). The main and guest`s bedrooms, as well as a bathroom and balcony, are situated at the upper level.
