The given residence occupies 260 sq. meters and used as a rest house near the beach in Thailand. Its owner has four sisters and brothers; each of them arrives on a visit with his/her family. Thus, professionals from IDIN Architects should have organized comfortable space for accommodation of more than 10 guests. The building’s plan consists of an opened shared premise in the center and three separated bedrooms around it, located on the darken side. It is possible to open the walls of each secluded room in order to create a zone for free moving inside the house. The interior design is oriented on compliance with functions lifestyle of the owner`s family and their relatives. The dining table is rather durable and can be used in various ways. Beds in bedroom are intended for several people living simultaneously together. Even the staircase contains barrios, so that children can safely play around.
