The architects and designers from RT+Q Architects had to create an elegant, modern Svarga Residence, not like the typical for these places island villa. The main idea was to extend the primitive local thoughts about the architecture. The modern structure consists of two layers with different functions. There is the parking, garage for two cars, the main entrance and spacious living room on the ground floor. The large pool is arranged along the back wall of the house and partly in the patio. On the second floor there are bedrooms and bathrooms. It consists of three small houses installed on the roof of the first floor, and separate elegant staircase in the form of a large spiral leads to each of houses.
