Fitzroy Loft is the result of old building`s reconstruction, used to allocate a chocolate factory inside. The accommodation is located in Melbourne, Australia and is put in life by Architects EAT studio. The space has 250 sq. meters and used to look like a true industrial zone. However, talented architects managed to mold it into a cozy residence. Private zones perfectly comply with spacious opened zones. Two inner yards fill the premises with plenty of natural light and allow air flows to easily circulate around the whole place. The architects strived to keep the building`s history; therefore, sometimes they made changes into the project on the go, as soon as there appeared interesting construction elements. Brick walls, a steel bridge, ceiling beams, massive structural columns and other loft details harmonize with soft and wooden furniture and create a stylish residence for a life in the big city.
