The project of stylish duplex in La Estrada, Pontevedra province (Spain) is developed by Ameneiros Rey | HH Arquitectos studio in 2014. This is a cozy two-story apartment, located at the residential building, constructed in 90-s. The apartment is located at its upper stories. The authors of this project created unique space, which encompasses living zone and premises for work.

The first floor of this apartment is occupied by bedrooms, bathrooms and work studio, whereas living room, dining room and kitchen have found their place at the second floor. Unusual planning of social zone is worth special notice. The kitchen is “hidden” behind the wooden panels, which may be reclined upon wish and thus became the kitchen table and bar counter.

There is a glass floor between the stories, which make the apartment bright and spacious. The authors of this project have created the interior`s decoration on the contrast between dark and light surfaces, as well as between cold and warm materials. Unusual combination of concrete, brick, steel, wood and glass make this interior modern and rather attractive.
