This private residence is located in Purcells Cove, Halifax (Nova Scotia, Canada) and is constructed upon the project of Omar Gandhi Architect bureau in 2015. The magnificent three-story manor is located on the top of the hill with panoramic view on the city harbor, the Atlantic Ocean`s shore and Point Pleasant Park.

There is a housekeeping area on the lower level of the house. The middle floor is occupied by 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, whereas the upper story is a social area. Modern interior impresses with its thought-out design and elegancy. Comfortable functional furniture is made of natural nutwood and birchwood. The grey concrete floor is softened with warm wood, which is prevalent in the interior. A deluxe staircase of nutwood unites all house`s levels. Neutral colour palette of the interior is diluted with bright inclusions. Orange and yellow chairs in the dining room, as well as red decorative pillows in the bedroom create wonderful atmosphere and make the space fresh and dynamic.
