Locomotive Ranch Trailer country rest-house was developed by Andrew Hinman Architecture. The customer wanted to relocate his aluminum trailer to southern parts of Texas in order to spend weekends on the river banks at Uvalde town. As a result, a modern residence of 506 sq. meters and outstanding spirit was created around the old trailer. It looks like a metro station and trailer reminds a train carriage, which stopped at its destination. The residence is ecology-friendly and energy-efficient, has all necessities for rest and provides an opportunity to delight oneself with the surrounding nature from every room due to plenty of rooms and blurring of distinction among the interior and exterior.
