There is a villa called Spee Haelen, which was created by Lab32 Architecten studio on the demand of a family with a child and located at Haelen (The Netherlands). The new residence has replaced an old bungalow and perfectly complies with country living and preferences of the owners. The modern construction corresponds with the wavelike landscape and has panoramic windows, which increase the close interdependence of the interior and surrounding nature. There is a beautiful terrace with a swimming pool and a pond in the back yard. It segues into the covered rest zone. Minimalism aesthetics prevail at the house`s interior, whereas pureness and simplicity perfectly comply with the preferences of the owners.
