The Northwest Harbor private house is designed by the Bates Masi Architects studio and is located in East Hampton, NY, USA. The design of the residence of 176 square meters area is created due to the requirements and limitations of local legislation. One-story house was raised above the ground level and is based on 16 columns, which formed a space for wardrobe, laundry, work area, pantry and bathroom. Thus, these columns largely determined the interior arrangement. In addition to this, there are three bedrooms, an open living area and a terrace around the perimeter.
