Chris Pardo Design studio has implemented the project of stylish residence in Seatlle, Washington. The house with the area of 305 square meters is consist of four overlapping blocks and is located in the prestigious area of Magnolia. Its design, which is functional and open, ensures complete protection of privacy for a large family. The main and guest bedrooms, parking for two cars are on the first floor; the spacious living area and two lovely children’s rooms are on the second. Additional bedrooms for owners, game room and entrance to covered terrace on the roof are on the third floor.
