The project of this house was implemented by EXH Design representatives in cooperation with Anoffice. The building is basically a small construction of 120 sq. meters, located not far from the central sights. In order to merge the house with the residential area`s landscape, constructors applied the same material as for the neighbouring buildings. Only large windows are an esception to this; their purpose is creation of good lighting and providing possibility to oversee the street life. The first floor is occupied by studio, whereas the third and second floors are equipped to be the main residential space with private entrance. The opened façade is made of wood as well as the cupboard and internal flooring. Windows are the key element providing interaction between the interior and surrounding landscape. While looking through the windows of the first floor one may enjoy the mini-garden; the windows of the second and third floor allow having a private look on the street life.
